LOVE ME , Leave me

So this year, Wayne and Julie's grandkids received matching Christmas gifts. With the help of Melissa and Denae, these adorable T-Shirts were created for the kids. Many of us gathered recently at Laurie's for Christmas dinner and had the kids pose for this photo. I think you'll all agree that it is indeed precious.

A visit to Grandma and Luetta's

We had a blast visiting with Grandma, Luetta and Alaine, and my Mom and Brother Tom. We loved spending time with them over night and chatting for a while. It was lots of Fun!! :)

A surprise visit!

We had a blast having Scott, Tyler, Kiley and Brett stop by for a bit to visit. They were at our Stake Conference, here visiting Debbie's brother's family (they have a neat haunted house here), and were going to get in touch with us and Scott & kids were sitting right in front of Mark and my kids at conference (Kate and I haven't returned to church yet, since she's still so tiny)!! So they came by to visit with us after church. We loved hearing about their upcoming events. Josh & Renae are pregnant and due in April, Andrew is coming home from his mission to Mexico in the beginning of December and Tyler is going on his mission at the end of December to Minnesota (the same place where Scott served!)

Exciting News for Kyle and Kristin

Kristin asked me to share some exciting news with everyone. Kyle just accepted a job as a programmer for a gaming company in Seattle and they will be moving up there early November. Also they are expecting their third baby in June! Congrats to Kyle and Kristin!

A Quick Trip

We had a very quick and fun trip this weekend that I wanted to share. Saturday morning was full of soccer games, (Grant) coaching, soccer pictures, and a dance performance so we couldn't leave until Saturday night. We didn't arrive in La Grande until after midnight. The next morning we woke up at 8:00 for Kate's baby blessing at 9:00 am. Then we went to Mark's sister's baby's blessing. After the blessing, we went and saw Liz and Mark's new unfinished house and Mark's brother's new finished house. (If you didn't know, Grant grew up with Mark and his family.) Then we went back to Mark's family's house, who so kindly let us stay there. We packed our things and they had a big luncheon there. We left and took my Mom over to Grandma, Luetta, and Alaines'. We had such a wonderful visit with them and we didn't want to leave. However, Grant teaches early morning seminary so we did leave. We arrived after midnight. It was exhausting! But I am so glad we went! We had such an amazing yet quick trip. :) PS- Isn't that picture of Alaine with Aurora so adorable!?! I love it!
